Spain, Valencia 2019 – Recover

Recover, a Spain-based recycling company, produces mechanically recycled cotton yarns. The Recover Upcycled Textile System regenerates cotton fiber from old clothing and cutting scraps. Recover produces yarns in different material compositions, for example yarns from recycled cotton and virgin organic cotton or recycled cotton and rPET. I visited the Recover factory and laboratorium where I learned about the mechanical recycle of cotton waste.
